The HCG has been amazing. I’ve lost 20 lbs in a month and a half, and am half way to my goal. I’ve lost 22.5 inches as well. I thought it would be harder than it is, but really it’s not that bad. The Jay Rob egg white protein shakes are awesome and filling. I have at least one every day, which makes it easy as I don’t always have a lot of time for lunch.

My wife and I have lost 32 and 30 lbs. on the hCG diet in a period of about 45 days. In years past we really have tried every diet that came along, but weren't ever able to stick with it for more than 10 to 15 lbs over 3 or 4 weeks, and were always on the edge of exploding into a binge eating period.
The hCG protocol is something we can do, and it really does work. If you do it right, you won't experience hunger after the first few days. In fact I'm off the diet now, and I miss it--I'm looking forward to getting back on it. But it does take discipline to stick with it. If I could do it, I think anyone could do it, but you have to be diligent to not eat more calories than called for. I go with 750 per day while my wife is less than 500 calories (I like to run, bike, play basketball, etc.). It really surprises me that we can get by with such low calorie intakes, especially if I'm doing exercise. But we don't get lethargic or spacey during the day--our bodies really do have the nutrients they need.
We are both 57, and after years of failure and feeling guilty about our weight, about how we look, and about everything we ate, this diet really is a relief. We weren't undisciplined gluttons after all, there really was something wrong with our systems. The hCG seems to be resetting that.
Diana took a week off of hCG because she was on a plateau. She started back today, and had no problems maintaining her weight. The only problem she had was she was never hungry and never wanted to eat. She was kind of drained a lot of the time since she was only eating about 1000 calories a day--not intentionally, she just wasn't hungry. Thus she had no problem maintaining the weight loss.
But there is more to the program than buying the product and reading the pamphlet. If it wasn't for Leanne at StopYeast.com , my wife and I would have both crashed and given up a long time ago. She had an excess of hormones, causing sores on her foot. And apparently I have a lot of heavy metals in me--my body wrapped them up in fat to protect me. It didn't want to release them, and so it wouldn't, until the hCG forced that to happen. But then those toxins overloaded my system. Leanne helped me time after time with supplements and cleanses to keep cleaning out my system after the toxins were released. That's why I'm off the program right now; I had to go through a liver cleanse to get rid of all of the junk left over after the toxins went through. But in our minds, getting rid of this junk that was in our bodies is even more important than the fact that we are losing weight.
Sorry--I'm going on too long. However we would recommend the hCG diet to anyone--it will help you release the fat. But we'd also strongly urge you to work with Leanne. She doesn't just sell a product, she cares. She has become a close confident for my wife and me even though she lives 500 miles away. She has helped both of us through numerous health issues--not just weight related (like getting rid of Candida and going through parasite cleanses).
